SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping is expected to take anywhere between 5 - 12 business days, at a total average processing and delivery time of 12 business days, or 2.5 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional cost, please contact The Whimsy Goblin before ordering if rushed shipping is needed. 

For custom item times will be discussed upon completion of the item. Custom items completion times vary vastly, if you need a custom order by a certain date, please discuss with The Whimsy Goblin during the intake. 

Please do not worry if your items have not arrived within a few days, as they are on their way! We get heavy traffic at times, causing shipping to take a bit longer. 

Please note that we do not typically ship orders until every product in the order is ready to ship. If you'd like to place an order with a wide range of products that are all expected to ship at different times but still want to receive any ready-to-ship items ASAP, please reach out to The Whimsy Goblin. From there, we'd be happy to work out a means of shipping some items ahead of others. 

Disclaimer: 

Please note that The Whimsy Goblin bears responsibility for the following instances of failed delivery: 

+ Parcel lost in transit 

+Parcel sent to the wrong address due to a business-side shipping error

+ Parcels that arrived damaged, marked or torn. 

Conversely, The Whimsy Goblin does NOT bear responsibility nor compensate for the following: 

+Refusal or inability to receive the parcel

+Incorrect Adress provided at checkout or Requested address change

+Parcels returned-to-sender due to not being retrieved from the post office

+Insufficient Building Access information, etc. 

Due to the nature of our current shipping solutions, all packages deemed "return-to-sender" are null and void, irretrievable, and will be deemed a forfeiture of the order on behalf of the customer. As such, please take extra care when providing your address at checkout to ensure that your order is not lost. 

To avoid complication resulting in unwanted package loss, check your tracking Number once every two days to ensure that any delays can be smoothed over and that you're able to retrieve your package in a timely manner. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns and Exchanges are available on all items, depending on the item is if you will receive a refund, an exchange or store credit. 

 

Items that can be returned and refunded for full cost are items that have not been opened and are not custom sized. Customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost and will not be refunded until the item(s) is received and examined. If items is in deemed to be unopened the customer will receive a full refund. If the items has been opened it will be examined for damage and determined if the damage is from transit. The cost of damage will be taken from the refund. 

If the items has been opened and the items is damaged, doesn't fit properly or not as advertised the customer may make an exchange. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the exchanged items and once received either a new item will be shipped to the customer or the old item will be altered to fit properly and sent, customer will have the choice of which option they would like. 

 

For completely custom sized items refunds are not allowed, only exchanges or store credit will be offered. In both cases the customer is responsible for the return shipping and either the items will be resized or remade or store credit in the form of a gift card that only works at The Whimsy Goblin will be given. 

Note If damages to a returned item are not from transit or crafter mistakes the cost to repair the item will be removed from the refund/store credit given. If item is unable to be repaired a refund/store credit will not be given.
