Please measure your head size before ordering to ensure proper fit. Hats can be altered down in size for a minimal fee however if the hat is too small you will have to purchase the hat to pay for new materials. Please measure correctly!

To keep your hat looking lovely and to keep its shape, it is highly suggested that you do not soak the mat or place it in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. If the hat does become soaked, leave it to air dry in a warm space and re-wax with a leather conditioner once dry (Whimsy suggests either Aussie Leather Conditioner or Dr. Johnson's Waterproof Wax).
